RE-IN-VENT IS A MOMENT IN TIME.

A SNAPSHOT OF HUMAN STRUGGLE AND SURVIVAL.

A WINDOW INTO THE NOW AND A POSSIBLE FUTURE.

A SPACE TO VENT OR RE-INVENT.

A SHARED EXHIBITION

We would like to invite artists in the SWAN residency network to be part of a shared exhibition that seeks a symbiosis between place, history, and possible re-imagined futures.

These themes are not fixed frameworks or curatorial constraints, but rather questions to begin a dialogue.

Re-in-vent is developed by Northern Sustainable Futures (Sweden) in partnership with CONCRETE (UK) and Havremagasinet Gallery (Sweden), and in close collaboration with visual artist and production designer Olga Yurasova (Ukraine) and cinematographer Denis Sinyakov (Russia).

Central to this exhibition is a sound work by artists CONCRETE entitled Make A Stand. We are asking

that each confirmed artist will be represented within this sound work, linking all the exhibiting artists' voices together.

Artists are invited to apply to this open call and take part in an exhibition at Havremagasinet Gallery, Boden, January/ February 2023.

Please fill in the form below to show your interest or contact nsfprojects@gmail.com with any questions.

Our focus is to provide a physical space and a platform, where artists could have the opportunity to express their voice through their work.

UPDATE: 30.08.2022 - We have received high interest from many artists to be involved - thank you very much!

We fully agree with fair remuneration to artwork and we are applying for further funding to be able to expand the exhibition to 20 artists participation & provide everyone involved with according remuneration. Further updates are to come soon.
