John McGarity is an interdisciplinary artist based in Brooklyn with a background in painting, film/video/photography and installation. He explores folklore and mythology through his work and focuses on visual iconography, pictorial representation, and symbology to create a narrative.
He has exhibited in solo and group shows and artist residencies across North America and Europe and is part of institutional and private collections around the world. Stay tune to get an insight into his process and what he is working on for this new digital work.
