Olga Wardęga was born in Krosno in 1998. In 2022 she graduated at the Faculty of Painting of the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdańsk, Poland.
Drawing inspiration from travels and memories: colours, structures and layers found around her, she paints (also) using installations and video projections. Through her work, she tries to inspire the viewer to experience their own surroundings in a different way.

She is interested in abandoned buildings, which she uses in site-specific projects. The remains of building facades remind her of memories that fade over time, which she refers to in my art. She implements collective projects with musicians, visual artists, dancers and performers.

Sky is an installation of textiles dyed utilising snow and ice. From the physical version it became digitised and set in the VR world to give a space for contemplation under and above.
