Teo Spiller is a Slovenian digital artist who has been active in the net.art movement since 1995. He is notable for being one of the first artists to sell a piece of Internet art to a museum or collector. His works were exhibited on venues like the Venice Biennial, Machita museum in Tokyo, Irish museum of modern art in Dublin and others. 

Media like New York Times, El Pais and ORF radio wrote about his work, which is also quoted in dozens of books worldwide. Since 2018 Spiller is an assistant professor at Arthouse College in Ljubljana.

Teo explores the influence of technologies on individuals and society. He is specially interested in ethical use of technologies and is very critical toward misuse of technology by the systems of power.
